Troubleshooting - Why can't I login?
- Make sure you are logging in with your Campus username and password. Your old Athens account (starting "gol-xxxxxxx") will not work here.
- You must have cookies enabled in your browser.
- Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you don't have the caps lock on.
- If you still can't login, there may be a problem with your Goldsmiths account. Try logging into a different Goldsmiths page, eg. Webmail. If that fails too, you should contact the Goldsmiths IT Helpdesk: +44 (0)20 7919 7555 or email: helpdesk(@gold.ac.uk). You should tell them your username but do NOT tell them the password you are trying.
